Project & Art Coordinator

Big T Printing is looking for a driven, highly organized Project & Art Coordinator to help bring creative projects to life from concept to production. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the center of the action—working closely with customers, sales, design, and production teams to ensure every piece of artwork is polished, print-ready, and delivered with excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare customer artwork for high-quality print production
• Ensure all files meet production standards for format, resolution, color accuracy, and print readiness
• Collaborate with graphic designers to adjust, enhance, or create artwork as needed
• Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding approvals, revisions, and project timelines
• Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Organize and maintain digital artwork files and production records
• Create and proof mockups for customer approval
• Partner with the production team to solve artwork challenges and keep jobs running efficiently
• Stay current on industry trends, printing techniques, and design software

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Understanding of print production and file setup preferred
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Previous experience in printing, apparel decoration, or promotional products is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a print shop, design, production, or creative environment preferred

• Starting Compensation - $17-$19 per hour
