about us

The Bay Area Horseman's Association (BAHA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to stimulating interest in horses by providing information and organizing activities involving horses and horsemanship.

BAHA's ''main event'' is our horse show circuit, a family-friendly series of shows which runs from September through April every year.

We stage our shows starting at 8AM on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month at the Pinellas Park Equestrian Center at Helen S. Howarth Park, 6301 94th Avenue North in Pinellas Park, Florida, in the heart of Pinellas County.

The Kiwanis Club of Pinellas Park runs our concessions.

At BAHA, we welcome all breeds of horses, and riders at all levels of skill and experience, and our reputation is growing: we regularly draw participants from as far away as Orlando and Parrish!

Visit our website, http://www.bahashow.com, for our show registration form and to find out whether we're judging in English or Western on any particular day, and who our judge will be.

Check back after the show for our winners' standings.

We use AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) rules as our guidelines for our shows, and we offer age divisions for Youth (under 12 years), Junior (13 - 17 years), Adult (18 - 44 years), Senior (45 years and older) competition.

Annual membership in BAHA is very affordable and so is our show registration fee. We want as many people to come out and enjoy the beauty, grace, and sheer fun of horses as possible.

Come join us for a great day outdoors in beautiful Pinellas Park, Florida! Spectators are always welcome, an
